U10 - Juniors

Age range: 8 - 10 years

Fun introduction to football. Development of basic technique and coordination.

Schedule:

Wednesday 2pm-4pm, Saturday 9am-11am

Goals:

Ball control, dribbling, short passes, teamwork, respect of rules.

U13 - Benjamins

Age range: 11 - 13 years

Technical improvement and introduction to collective tactics.

Schedule:

Tuesday 3pm-5pm, Thursday 3pm-5pm, Saturday 10am-12pm

Goals:

First touch, shooting, positioning, teamwork.

U15 - Minimes

Age range: 14 - 15 years

Technical and tactical refinement. Preparation for competition.

Schedule:

Monday 4pm-6pm, Wednesday 4pm-6pm, Friday 4pm-6pm

Goals:

Positional play, transitions, endurance, competitive mindset.

U17 - Cadets

Age range: 16 - 17 years

Pre‑professional training. Integration into competitive teams.

Schedule:

Tuesday 5pm-7pm, Thursday 5pm-7pm, Saturday 2pm-4pm

Goals:

Tactical autonomy, physical preparation, leadership.

U20 - Juniors

Age range: 18 - 20 years

Pathway to the first team. Complete training for high level.

Schedule:

Monday 5pm-7pm, Wednesday 5pm-7pm, Friday 5pm-7pm

Goals:

Professional level, stress management, athletic career focus.
